Calibrators for Liquids

The TrigasDM Flow Calibration benches for liquids work based on a volumetric displacement principle. They measure the exact volume of the liquid flowing through the flowmeter under test meter during the calibration and compensate in real time for changes in the viscosity and temperature of the liquid.

Our Flow Calibrators are high-precision devices, which can be traced to national and international standards (PTB, LNM, NIST).

The different models of the TrigasDM liquid calibrators can be used for nearly all types of flowmeters, including turbines, MID, Coriolis, PD, VA, and Vortex meters.

The heart of the Flow Meter Calibration System is a precision ground, nickel-chromium plated, stainless steel displacer assembly. The popular CFlow+ LabVIEW based data acquisition and control software ensures optimal man-machine interface and ease of operation. This PC based, liquid calibration system offers truly exceptional accuracy and stability using advanced flow calculation algorithms and compensation techniques.

Our universal Primary Standard Calibrator OT1500 provides calibration capabilities for a wide range of flowmeters and components. It is characterized by its large measuring range and its outstanding accuracy and is therefore particularly suitable for manufacturers of flowmeters or components who want to prove attractive accuracy classes for their products. The heart of the Flow Meter Calibration System is a precision honed, nickel-chromium plated, positive displacement, stainless steel cylinder/piston assembly.

The FTS flow transfer standard is designed for in-line calibration and proving of flow meters using the actual process gas or liquid. The USB portable interface box accepts flow, temperature and pressure inputs from the transfer standard flow meter and the meter under test. This low cost PC based calibration system offers truly exceptional accuracy and stability using advanced flow calculation algorithms and compensation techniques.
