Hyvolution 2026 in Paris was a complete success for us. From January 27 to 29, we presented our latest solutions for hydrogen measurement technology at booth N23 – and the feedback from the industry was unmistakable: the demand for calibratable, high-precision measurement systems is exploding.
New markets, new requirements!
We were particularly pleased that industries we had not previously focused on showed great interest. The energy industry and heavy-duty transport have recognised that hydrogen infrastructure cannot function without reliable measurement. From gas stations to supply networks and filling stations, wherever H2 is handled, the same question arises: How can I measure accurately and in compliance with calibration requirements?
The answer lies in our hydrogen measurement systems for on-site calibration and our GH2 flow measurement systems for extreme pressures and temperatures.
Workshop with scientific depth
On 28 January, Mr Raphael Michael, Development Engineer at TrigasDM GmbH, gave a presentation as part of a workshop.
He presented what we have been working on for years: “Accuracy Under Pressure: Practical Calibration Techniques of Coriolis Flow Meters for Hydrogen Applications”. Based on five years of calibration data from our partner TrigasFI, we presented practical calibration methods for extreme conditions.
🔬 up to 875 bar pressure
❄️ up to -40 °C temperture
📊 0,7–1,1% accuracy (vs. >2% using standard methods)
This is not theoretical knowledge – it is proven practice from our accredited laboratory.
International demand is growing.
Another clear trend is the rapid growth in demand for calibratable systems. Hydrogen is a global commodity, and wherever H₂ is traded, reliable measurement technology is required. TrigasFI gives us a decisive advantage here: we are one of the few companies in Europe with an ISO 17025-accredited high-pressure gas calibration facility, which makes all the difference.
What does this mean for you?
Whether you work in the energy sector, logistics, research, or industry: the hydrogen revolution has shown that accuracy, safety, and reliability are no longer optional features – they are basic requirements for anyone who wants to be successful in the hydrogen economy.
We are ready to support you in this endeavor.
