We are looking for a
Employee in the incoming department – location Neufahrn (m/f/d)
For you | more than just a challenge
- Inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
- Commissioning of shipments
- General quality assurance tasks
- Acceptance of parcels and larger deliveries of goods
- Checking the delivery documents and the goods for completeness and condition
- Recording of customer deliveries into ERP system
- Coordinating and forwarding the goods within the company
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Contact person for employees and suppliers according to incoming goods
- Carefully packaging and shipping of goods
- Writing delivery notes / shipping documents
- Coordination of deliveries and handling of shipping logistics (national and international)
- Customer master data maintenance
- Customs clearance
- Support of the supply chain management for administrative and organizational tasks

- Experience with incoming goods and postal services
- Confident handling of IT systems (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Alpha5 / Genesis may be an advantage
- Distinct service and customer orientation
- Physically resilient and motivated team worker
- Capable of independent working
- Successfully completed vocational training
- Good English communication skills
- High level of reliability
