- Technical and commercial customer advice and support for our international customers
- Development of economically and technically optimized solutions
- Quotation tracking and CRM maintenance
- Project planning, preparing quotations and entering orders
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Supporting order processing with customer queries
- Clarifying and tracking deadlines for orders and projects
- Support at trade fairs and customer events
- Assisting with complaints processing
- Acquisition and development of new international customers

- Completed technical training or degree
- Ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer service
- Ideally experience in the automotive, hydrogen, aerospace, oil and gas industries
- Strong communication, customer service and sales skills
- Reliability, initiative, commitment and organizational skills
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a team-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality and occasional travel (approx. 5-10%)
- Good IT skills
- Business fluent in German and English
- Great ad-on: Good language skills in French and/or Italian
