Review of a successful Flow Measurement and Calibration 2024 seminar
From September 24th to 26th, 2024, we hosted our successful TrigasFI Flow Seminar on “Flow Measurement and Calibration,” which captivated both long-standing experts and newcomers to flow measurement technology. Participants not only gained valuable insights into current technologies and methods but also had the opportunity to deeply engage with various flow measurement techniques.
The seminar covered a broad range of topics, from the fundamentals of flow measurement to detailed calibration procedures. The open atmosphere, where questions could be directly discussed with our experienced experts, was particularly appreciated. Real-world case studies added further value, making the seminar a highly beneficial learning experience.
The discussions and exchange between participants and our technical experts highlighted the importance of gaining new perspectives and enriching one’s work through innovative approaches.

Our contribution to a fluffy Sunday cake
A large international bakery manufacturer wanted to optimize its cake mix. To do this, the cake mix needed to be aerated after mixing to achieve the right consistency. Different recipes required different amounts of aeration. A lighter cake, such as a sponge cake, requires more aeration than a denser product, such as a muffin, so the mass flow rate of air supplied is important.
This is pressurised to distribute the air bubbles evenly and prevent large air pockets in the cake.
Once loosened, the dough is carefully placed in the baking tin, baked, packed and despatched so we can all enjoy our delicious cake! 🍰

The Hyvolution trade fair is an international hydrogen event where exhibitors from all over the world come together to present solutions for the (further) development of hydrogen and its applications.

2024 started at TrigasDM with participation in one of the largest electronics trade fairs in the world – the CES 2024 (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas. At the start of the year, the tech scene sets the trends at the CES trade fair in Las Vegas.
Together at the IPETRONIK stand, we presented the latest products and developments in measurement technology and technical solutions. CES 2024 is always a highlight for us. Many trade fair visitors took the opportunity to see our products and solutions live in action and talk to our experts at the stand.
TrigasDM’s turbine wheel flow meters are versatile for the precise measurement of liquid flow rates. Applications include the measurement of cooling water, fuels and engine oil in engine and power unit construction, precise dosing in the food and pharmaceutical industries and the monitoring of high-purity water in research and development.
