That is why almost all major European airlines have their flowmeters calibrated and sometimes even the blades and vanes of their jet engines air tested at the TrigasFI laboratories. In cases of particularly important equipment that is permanently in use and cannot be removed to be sent out for calibration, TrigasFI technicians regularly visit aerospace customers to perform on-site calibrations.

Test mission-critical aerospace components benefit from Alicat gas pressure regulators that can control pressures up to 200 bar.

Carry out aerodynamic tests of aircraft models or check the quality of pilot masks in the cockpit with the bi-directional mass flow meter from Alicat, which can simulate the breathing of pilots with its particularly low pressure drop.

Our turbine flowmeters offer all the important features which are required for exact measurements of liquids in the air and on the ground.

They are small and light (they weigh only a few grams), at the same time offering high accuracy and reliability. Temperature fluctuations and corresponding viscosity changes of fuel and other critical fluids are monitored and compensation is applied through proprietary algorithms and special multi-viscosity calibration methods.

TrigasDM turbine flowmeters are the ideal solution for many more applications at airports and space stations, like in the measurement of liquids of spacesuits, fuel supply to missiles or the monitoring of drinking water or coolant consumption for on-board experiments.

With the special CVF air flow test equipment, Trigas offers a turbine blade testing solution developed to the highest European and international quality standards. Constructed and manufactured in Germany and tested in our own ISO17025 certified test laboratory, the CVF system offers a flexible system that we can adapt and expand according to our customer´s requirements. Thus, we can meet the special test specifications of the various turbine manufacturers, which usually have to be complied with not only by the manufacturers themselves but also by all their suppliers.

And even after delivery, TrigasDM supports its customers on a long-term basis. From our central location near Munich Airport, our service organization guarantees fast response times and high availability. We regularly recalibrate our systems and comparable systems from other manufacturers for our customers onsite. In urgent cases, we can offer also remote maintenance with VPN modem.
